Note: If you don't have the pot rice seasoning, substitute 3/4 cup of water with 1-1/2 cups of the Bonito Soup Base.
做法
1. | 將米,炊飯調味包的蔬菜包材料和水放進電鍋煮熟。 |
2. | 把鹹鮭魚撕成小丁。 |
3. | 將鮭魚丁和炊飯調味包的醬料倒入煮熟的飯粒拌勻翻鬆。 |
4. | 飯盛到大碗裡。將鮭魚卵均勻撒在飯上,再隨各人喜好加上紫菜絲和蔥花。 |
PROCEDURE
1. | Mix and cook the rice, the vegetable ingredients in the pot rice seasoning pack and the water in a rice cooker. |
2. | Tear the cooked salmon into tiny pieces. |
3. | Add the salmon and the sauce in the pot rice seasoning pack and mix until the rice is loose without clumps. |
4. | Transfer the rice to a big bowl. Evenly sprinkle the salmon roes over the rice. Sprinkle few shredded seaweed and minced scallion as desired. |
